James Losee is the South Puget Sound fish biologist for the WDFW.  He is responsible for groundbreaking research on the South Sound Coastal Cutthroat  research project.  The initial stage of this project is being wrapped up.  This program will explain, in part, why the South Sound has such a vibrant coastal cutthroat population.

Marcia Kindinger will be demonstrating how to tie her favorite fly for all to learn its tying techniques.
