The March 15th Dinner Meeting be held at the Seattle Tennis Club and the speaker Speaker Stitcher will speak to us via Zoom and will talk to us about organizing our fly box to catch more fish.

Peter Stitcher is an Aquatic Biologist and owner of Ascent Fly Fishing and River Oracle Inc.  As a biologist, Peter works across the United States in the assessment, restoration, and management of trophy trout waters.   Approaching the sport of fly fishing through the lens of a biologist, Peter strives to break down the sciences of entomology, fish feeding behavior, and fish habitat use into easily applied fishing tips and tactics for the fly fisher.

They’re all “Lucky Flies” when you have a biologist in your fly box.

Peter  strives to provide a fish-eye-view of the hatch and knowledge on how best to fish it. With every tie and every fly box packed, to answer the universal questions of the fly angler:

  1. HOW DO I MATCH THE HATCH?

  2. WHICH FLIES SHOULD I USE?

  3. WHEN DO I FISH EACH PATTERN?
