Chester Allan, who last year came to the WFFC to give a very provocative and insightful talk on how and where to fish for Puget Sound Cutthroat, has agreed to return and give us his thoughts on fishing the desert rivers of Washington and Oregon—the Deschutes, the John Day, the Klickitat and the Yakima.  Chester is thoughtful, animated, entertaining, and you are guaranteed to learn new information that will stimulate you to explore these rivers.
