The November 16th Dinner Meeting at the Seattle Tennis Club has been reinstated as the Covid proof of vaccination protocols mandated by the King County Health Board will be in effect for Clubs and Restaurants beginning on October 25th. If you sign up for the Dinner on the 16th you will have to show a proof of Covid Vaccinations or a negative FDA-approved PCR Covid test, that was administered within the past 72 hours, at the Seattle Tennis Cub entry Guard House to be admitted to attend the dinner.
The dinner will be free for all WFFC Members and Guests will have to pay $40 for their dinners.
Our November Meeting Speaker Carol Morris will talk, via Zoom, will be on “Searun Cutthroat: Phantom of the OP (Olympic Peninsula)” — looking at the habits and mystery surrounding the coastal cutthroat trout (aka the searun cutthroat), and how to fish for them (Carol surveyed several local experts on their personal experience with this native trout for this talk).
Carol Ann, is a speaker, photographer, videographer, and artist (watercolor, pen and ink, pencil, clay, jewelry) who partners with Skip on his books, magazine articles, instructional videos, and website. She is the wife of Skip Morris.
Skip and Carol live with their little tortie cat Olive on Washington’s lush Olympic Peninsula where the fishing opportunities in rivers, lakes, along the beaches, and out in the open saltwater are varied and abundant.
