Our May 16th dinner continues the WFFC’s commitment to conservation. Guest speaker Brian Footen is the co-founder and president of the environmental tech company, Earthviews Conservation Society.
Earthviews uses virtual technology to image and map the world’s great rivers. Brian is currently working on mapping Puget Sound. The objective being to understand the effects of climate change on the aquatic landscape and the health of the Sound.
Brian’s CV includes advanced degrees from Evergreen State College and University Of Washington. Brian’s Master Thesis at Evergreen: studied the impacts of predatory fish on juvenile salmon in the Puget Sound nearshore, Seattle, Washington.
