This year’s annual WFFC Holiday Fundraiser will once again be held at the Seattle Tennis Club December 15th. Please save this date on your calendar to join in on the Holiday Dinner and Fundraiser to win great Live and Silent auction items, great raffle items and to “raise-your-paddle” all to support the club’s mission to provide resources to members, improve fisheries and habitat, and develop a public conservation ethic through fly fishing.

Holiday Dinner menu selections:

1. Seared King Salmon with Creamy Herb Velouté, Mustard Seed, Caviar, Pickled Fennel, Olive Oil,
   Mashed Potatoes and Haricot Verts
2. Braised Boneless Short Ribs with Olive Oil Mashed Potatoes, Cabernet Demi-Glace, Sweet Pickled
   Onions & Garlicky Panko Gremolata
3. Vodka Rigatoni with Burrata, Marinated Tomatoes, Sa Marzano Tomato and House Made Creamy Vodka
   Sauceh

The dress code for men is a coat with an optional tie – please – it’s a special party!

Sign up early so that you won’t miss out. The dinner seating is limited to 105 attendees. Bring your Family and Friends to join in, too.

The deadline for sign-ups is Saturday, December 12th at noon. When you sign up to attend, list who you want to be seated with at your table.
