2025 Beginning Fly Tying Class – March 29th and 30th

This year we are continuing the popular WFFC Beginning
Fly Tying Class. The class will be held on two consecutive
days: March 29th and 30th (Saturday and Sunday). Class
times are 9:00AM until 4:30PM, including a 90-minute BYO
lunch. The location will be at a private eastside house.
(Address to be given to enrollees via email). Cost is $80.
Nonmembers and members are welcome. Class size is
limited to 8.
Each student will be given a well-written and illustrated Fly
Tying Manual that includes a DVD on each fly being taught.
You will learn to tie a San Juan Worm, Zebra Midge, the
Brassie, Woolly Bugger, Gold Ribbed Hare’s Ear, Rubber-
Legged Beetle and Elk-Hair Caddis. All tying materials will
be provided. Tools and vises will be available for your use in
the classes.
Additionally we will guide you in choosing the appropriate
tools and materials as you continue your journey in fly tying.
