Cancellation Instructions

Decided you can't make it? Here's what to do.

Dinner Meeting Sign-up Cancellation Instructions:

  1. Click on “Contact Us” located on the menu bar above to send a dinner cancellation email request
  2. In the “Send to” drop down list, select “1st Ghillie”
  3. In the “Reason for Contact” drop down list, select “Cancellation”
  4. In the “Your Message” box, record the date of the Dinner Meeting that you have signed up for, its emailed receipt Order Number and add your phone number in case we have questions.
  5. Click on “Submit”

Dinner Cancellation requests must be submitted to the 1st Ghillie before midnight on the Thursday before the scheduled Tuesday Dinner Meeting date, after which, your dinner payment is guaranteed the Seattle Tennis Club.

 

Education Class Cancellation Instructions:

  1. Click on “Contact Us” located on the menu bar above to send a dinner cancellation email request
  2. In the “Send to” drop down list, select “Education Committee ”
  3. In the “Reason for Contact” drop down list, select “Cancellation”
  4. In the “Your Message” box, record the name of the Class name that you have signed up for, its emailed receipt Order Number and add your phone number in case we have questions.
  5. Click on “Submit”

Education Class cancellation requests must be submitted to the Education Committee before midnight on the Friday before the scheduled Class date, after which, your payment will not be refunded.

 

Outings Sign-up Cancellation Instructions:

  1. Click on the “Review your RSVPs” in the “You have tickets for this event” section that is located just under the “Who’s Coming” report on the scheduled Outing Event Page that you have signed-up for.
  2. Click on the “+ Toggle attendee information” under the ATTENDEE # and find your Outing RSVP.
  3. Click on the “Not Going” drop-down listed in the “RSVP:” box located on the far right of the page.
  4. Click on “UPDATE RSVPs”
